On Wednesday, 16th April 2025, Hillingdon Heath Lodge of Royal Ark Mariners No. 1196 held a memorable meeting at the Uxbridge Masonic Centre, with Worshipful Commander W. Bro. R. G. Calderwood, ProvRAMGR in the Chair.
The Lodge was honoured by the official visit of R.W. Bro. Peter J. Hyde, RAMGR, Provincial Grand Master, whose presence greatly enriched the occasion. A warm and fraternal welcome was extended to the Provincial Grand Master and his delegation.
The highlight of the evening was the ballot for five Brethren of Hillingdon Heath Mark Lodge No. 1196: Bros. Chris Brooks, Peter Setterfield, David Freeman, David Fisher, and Robert Colwell.
Following a favourable result, all five were Elevated to the ancient and honourable Degree of Royal Ark Mariner in a dignified and heartfelt Ceremony.
The evening was a proud and significant moment for the Lodge, as it welcomed new members into the ranks of the Ancient and Honourable Fraternity, continuing its strong tradition of growth and excellence.
The festive board that followed was filled with camaraderie and celebration, marking another successful chapter in the Lodge’s history.
