The Somerset Antient Mark Masons demonstration team travelled up the A303/M3 to perform the Ceremony of making a Mark Man at the Cole Court Centre, Twickenham on Tuesday 27th January 2026.
The Ceremony predates the formation of The Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons, and was enacted in period costume following the Installation of R.W.Bro. Edward R. Garty P.Prov.G.M. as Worshipful Master of Middlesex Installed Mark Masters Lodge No. 1218 for the ensuing year.
Lodge Member W Bro Bill Brodie was a “willing” volunteer to particiate in the Ceremony and stayed in character whilst acting as a Steward at the Festive Board afterwards.
